I believe in the importance of embracing multi-cultural awareness, the nationalities of the children and a bi-cultural programme to acknowledge the dual heritage of New Zealand on a regular basis through phrases and music. I provide an inclusive practice where all children, irrespective of gender, ethnicity, ability or background should have access to quality early childhood education managed with minimal stress throughout the transitions between home and school.
