My name is Lisa, and i am 16 years old and my birthday is on 23rd August so i will e 17 soon. I am hard working, reliable and a responsible person. I am always on time when doing things; I am trustworthy to carry out activities and jobs. I can work as a team and pitch different ideas to help out the cause; I can also work independently to get the work done. Other skills I have is to listen to others and give them advice if needed, I have good computer skills and I enjoy being creative and outgoing. I have good manners, and I respect others. I love taking care of children as when they are having fun playing it puts a smile on my face, where i live is full of children so i am around them nearly all the time. I have done a first certificate level 2 in child care and i passed, i have also done the first diploma in child care - the same course but with more units and i have finished all my work so i am just waiting for my certificate to say i passed which i should get near the end of july. I have been on work placement which includes 2 days a week and 4 block weeks, in year 10 and 11 i also did some block placements then and voluntary work after school. The age range was from reception to year 2, i also have been in preschool a few times. (about 4 - 6) I have not yet been with babies but i used to help a family friend with his youngest girl with nappy changing. I have learnt how to give a baby a bath again, how to make and sterilize bottles by the steam way and the hot water way. Within the 3 years of doing childcare i have learnt about health and safety which i knew most of it. Lastly i have been excepted for the 2010-2012 course which is called Caring for Children and Young Peoples Work force - a 2 year course which is a starter at level 2 and come out with a level 3. Fees

£ 7.00 Pounds Per Hour
All depends on how long the carer is out for, so negotiation would probably take place but roughly £7 an hour
