I’m hard working, fast learner and I enjoy working within a team as well as individual. I have some experience in child care as I used to take care of a baby from the age of 3 months to 8 months, this taught me how to organise my time in order to make sure everything runs smoothly, such as while the baby was sleeping I would prepare bottles making sure they’re sterilized and make sure when left the house the baby wasn’t due a feed so I didn’t have to rush, This enabled me to become more patient to be more responsible as you are not just in responsible of your own life your also responsible for another human beings life. I would take care of the baby 5 days a week, during the hours of 11, 8, I stopped taking care of the baby due to the fact that the mother decided to quit work to spend more time with her child. I believe that given the chance I would like to grow as a person and grow within your nursery and gain more skills that will benefit me in this field. I would also be up to attend college and work extremely hard to become the best child care worker that I can.

I have recently finished college where I studied for my A levels, I am also interested in attending university in the future. Since leaving college I decided to take a gap year in order for me to gather some work experience but due to the economic climate combined with the lack of experience I have found it extremely difficult to find a work placement. I know if I was given the chance by your company I could succeed and gain additional skills to enable me to move up within your company. I have gathered many different skills through numerous different situations such as during the 4 years I have studied media both at GCSE and A levels I have gathered team leaderships skills and good communication skills as you have to do numerous presentations both individual and within a group. I also have represented my borough for football and did have trials for arsenal ladies however due to injuries I had to stop playing professionally; never the less I still play often as it’s a way of keeping myself fit, within my team I was captain and with that came many different responsibilities which have evolved into skills that I have, such as team work as without this key skill you cannot be successful along with communication and leadership skills which I believe I can use to benefit your company.
