Hello:) My name is Anna. I'm 18 years old and currently studying part time at ECU. I'm looking for some babysitting/nannying work to fill in the days that I won't be at uni. I have quite a bit of babysitting experience and experience with kids in general. For the past three years I have been working at Jungle Gym as a party supervisor. This is a job I really love and it has really helped me improve my interpersonal skills, particularly with kids. Through my work at Jungle Gym, I have learnt to interact with a wide range of kids, with ages ranging from 2 years to 12 years and I feel comfortable dealing, interacting and playing with any kids within this age group. For the past three and a half years, I have also been involved with a regular babysitting position which occurs once or more a week. I babysit two boys, now aged 5 and 7, whom I have grown to love and consider to be part of my family. I have been babysitting them since they were one and a half and three and a half With them I have done activities such as helping with homework, general inside play, outside play including bike-riding to the local park, sports such as swimming, preparing meals, bathing and putting to bed. With this babysitting job, I am fully responsible for these children, that is the parents are not home when I look after them. I'd love to work with kids in some way as a career and hope to gain more experience working with them through babysitting. I'm very confident and comfortable around kids. I have access to my own car, have a clean driving record (no speeding fines, parking fines or collisions etc) and am comfortable driving with kids.
