As a caregiver I strive to encourage child to be positive while encourage child to be positive while encounter new attempts. Give necessary guidance to support a child while they in upset and unwell situation. Provide possible learning opportunity for the child to expand their skill in variety of learning activities / programmes. All the time I will support them with positive statement to the childs learning and respects them to allow learning to be more independent with minimum guidance. Provide motivation and encouragement to a child to allow he/she express thoughts and idea and develop social communication skills with family/friends/whanau. Encourage a child to respect their learning environment / teachers / peers and even food to experience the value appreciation and perhaps living and non-living.
